How much is the daily rate?

Pricing policy has been determined taking under consideration energy consumption needs and other operating costs (such as amenities and cleaning service fees). Please contact us stating check-in and check-out  

dates as well as the number of persons , in order for us to find a suitable accommodation package that will suite your accomodation needs. 

Are there extra fees for more persons than the maximum number?

Either you are a group of 2 people or a single individual, prices ranges are the same. An additional charge of 10€ per person is applied if you are more than 2 people and you will be accomodated in one (or more) of the appropriate apartments (either in Apartment "A" which can accomodate up to 4 persons or in Apartment "I" which can accomodate up to 3 persons). Kids up to 9 years old can stay for free.

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, it is possible to change the reservation depending on the availability. 

How do I cancel my reservation?

In case you would like to cancel your reservation please contact us via email followed by a call at +30 6979 133 662. Please read more about it in the "Cancellation policy", in the "House Rules" page.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge  if requested up to 15 days prior to your arrival. In case the cancellation request is 15 days or less prior to your arrival, 50% of the deposited amount will be charged. There is zero-refund policy for last minute cancellations  or if you don't show up. Please read more about it in the "Cancellation Policy", in the "House Rules" page.

What happens if the host (IOKA SUITES) cancels?

Due to the very rare circumstances that we are experiencing (Covid-19) and  although it has never happened before, IOKA SUITES reserves full right to the reservation on its side under committed only on full refund of clients pre-deposit. Please read more about it in the "Cancellation Policy", in the "House Rules" page.

What happens if a guest damages a property?

Please report any damage immediately so that it can be fixed as soon as possible. In cases of non reversible damage to installation and electro domestic appliances, an extra charge may be held from your Security Deposit. Please read more about it in the "House Rules" page.
